I've been a Change Management practitioner for more than thirty-five years, and I didn't even know it. Mostly, I stumbled my way into this gig through trial and error. But around the Millennium, I woke up to the fact that Change Management is a matter of life and death for organizations.

Between 2011 and 2022, I was rolling with the big dogs at Microsoft, practicing my craft in 196 cities and 29 countries, dispensing my hard-won wisdom to global organizations big and small. And in 2017, I reached the summit of my profession, becoming a Prosci Certified Advanced Instructor.

I'm Scottish/Irish (although according to 23&Me, I'm 99.9% Irish) and I call Scotland home.
